Just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help and support getting suitable microphones / mixer etc for our school stage. The Rode NT3's work brilliantly and the children can be heard anywhere, they are even picked up from the back of the stage. We are going to mount these 2 permanently at the sides and I am just placing an order for another 2 for when we extend the stage forward.

Hi, Hope this gets to you. I've just had delivered my new Fender Strat, it's gorgeous. I just wanted to thank Dolphin Music for the excellent service they have provided. I'd like to thank Richard Lennon as he has been my contact when dealing with Dolphin Music in all my correspondence. So every mail that I sent asking about the guitar was always answered by the same guy. Other places you get passed from pillar to post, and it feels like you have spoken to every man and his dog and you have repeat yourself every time you speak to another person. Even when I phoned up to place the order I spoke to Richard, so he knew all about my requirements. So I placed the order, and as promised the guitar turned up, very well packed with a case and lead. Perfect! I've tried to source this guitar from a few other places, but they were so inefficient at replying to my mails I'd already ordered it from you guys before they responded. I wish you every success, your service is first rate - I simply can't fault it. It's made the purchase of my guitar an even more pleasurable experience! Many thanks and best wishes.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you guys for an extremely friendly and professional service and prompt delivery. I spoke to a chap called Richard and ordered a Korg micoKontrol on Tuesday afternoon. I was worried about the next day delivery, because most sites that claim next day delivery usually take up to 3 days to deliver. I ordered Tuesday afternoon and my kit was delivered Wednesday morning. I am very impressed with the service I received from dolphin and will be using you guys again.

I have purchased several items (big & small) over the last 6 months at Dolphin and all have arrived next day delivery. The website is a breeze to navigate and the search facility & descriptions are the best I have seen online. The option to link to a manufacturers website and even directly to the exact product is second-to-none. Also, the stock counter is such a handy feature and it has never been wrong (touching wood as i speak). What can i say? I think i've said it all. (p.s. I am a real customer - this is not somebody in the sales dept).

I have now shopped twice at Dolphin Music and I have to say "Fair Play to Yez" (as we say in Ireland) I have been very satisfied twice now and I will not even think of going elsewhere to buy equipment (unless you don't stock it) I really like the way the prices have Euros aswell as Sterling (very helpfull) your staff were very friendly and informative when i called. I love the way you can view your tracking number on the web. I don't know what way parcelforce works but according to the site they went from Birmingham to Eire in 1hr and 15mins, thats brilliant. I have previously ordered computer parts from a company in Dublin and they took ages! I even selected the important parts to come by way of DHL and the less important by there couriers anf the couriers arrived before the DHL (not a good way to do business) I think one of the most important things to keep in mind when you are an internet merchant is customer service as people are constantly worried as to the whereabouts of their goods. I'd just like to say thanks on your excellent customer service. I recieved an evolution mk249c2 midi keyboard from my father as a gift at christmas which developed a fault. After a rapid response to the initial e-mail, the keyboard was picked up the very next day and returned to the manufacturer, repaired and returned to me within 2 weeks. All members of your team were hugely helpful and efficient when i spoke to them on the phone. These days with so many companies utilising the internet for sales, so few of them actually seem to give a damn about the customer, sometimes before the goods have even been dispatched, it is refreshing to find a company like yours. I ordered a set of AKG K141Studio Headphones from you on Tuesday of this week at precisely 16:01. I recieved them at around 12:00 PM on Wednesday, the following day - that's less than 24 since I ordered them! I couldn't believe that, I really couldn't. Living near Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland, I'm used to next day delivery meaning at least 2 days, but less than 24 hours is unbelievably exceptional! I am simply stunned! Well done!
When I need more audio hardware or software, I will mostly definately make Dolphin Music my first port of call!
